Who we are
SA Sparring is run by VERIDYNE SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (CUI 51635423, Trade Register J2025027184005, EUID ROONRC.J2025027184005), Str. Guliver 13, bl. C1, sc. 1, et. 5, ap. 49, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania. We are the controller of the data described here. Contact: solutions@veridyne.eu.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, profile picture, role, and when you first and last signed in. If you sign in with GitHub, these come from your GitHub profile. Password and two-step sign-in details are held by Auth0.
- Your calls: what you write in each practice call, the simulated customer's replies, how much text you pasted, your scores and report, and any trainer notes.
- Usage: the Sparring Tokens you spend and the size and cost of each AI request.
Don't write real customer names or data in a call.
Why, and on what basis
We use this data to run the practice, grade it and let a trainer review it (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to keep the service secure and control its cost (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell data or show ads.
How long we keep it
Your account, calls and usage are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Who processes it
- Vercel Inc., United States: hosting and running the application.
- Neon (Databricks), EU: the database.
- Okta Inc. (Auth0), United States: sign-in.
- Anthropic PBC, United States: the AI model that plays the customer and grades your call. What you write in a call is sent to it.
- GitHub Inc., United States: sign-in, if you choose GitHub.
Where a provider is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro). Write to solutions@veridyne.eu.
Cookies
An encrypted session cookie keeps you signed in, and the sign-in page sets Auth0's own cookies, which are needed to sign you in. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
