The service

SA Sparring is provided by VERIDYNE SOLUTIONS S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania (CUI 51635423). It lets invited people practise Auth0 customer conversations with a simulated customer and get graded. Access is by invitation, and we may remove it at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your sign-in secure, and don't share your account.
• Don't put real customer names, data, passwords or keys in a call.
• Don't use SA Sparring to attack or overload it or any other system.

Disclaimer

The customer and the grades come from AI and can be wrong. Scenarios are simulated, and a score is practice feedback, not a certification or a statement of Auth0's position. SA Sparring is not made or endorsed by Okta or Auth0.

Sparring Tokens

Sparring Tokens measure your practice allowance. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as is. We may change, suspend or end it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Veridyne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of a grade. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data

How we handle data is described in the privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights as a consumer where they apply.
